Privacy Policy
Created May 6, 2026. Yatto AI helps you practice real speaking situations with an AI person in Google Meet. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how you can control your data.
Information we collect
We collect only what Yatto AI needs to run a language speaking session: your basic Google sign-in profile, the language and speaking situation you choose, prompts or context you provide, Google Meet session metadata, conversation transcripts when a session is recorded or processed for feedback, generated feedback, and technical logs such as device, browser, request, error, and security data.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, create or join Google Meet practice sessions, run the AI manager, customer, interviewer, or coworker experience, generate recap and feedback notes, remember useful practice context for your next room, provide support, prevent abuse, debug reliability issues, and understand whether Yatto AI helps users speak more confidently at work.
Google, AI, and infrastructure providers
Yatto AI uses Google services for sign-in and meeting experiences. We also use hosting, analytics, AI model, voice/avatar, email, payment, and meeting-runtime providers to deliver the product. These providers may process information only as needed to provide, secure, measure, bill for, or improve Yatto AI.
Payments and account operations
If you start a paid plan or trial, payment details are handled by our payment processor. Yatto AI receives billing status, plan, receipt, and customer identifiers needed to activate or manage access; we do not intentionally store full card numbers on yatto.ai.
Your choices and controls
You can stop using Yatto AI at any time, revoke Google permissions from your Google account, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your Yatto AI data. For privacy requests, contact the Yatto AI operator through the same channel you used to access Yatto AI.
Retention, security, and changes
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, improve the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect users and Yatto AI. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure. If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and notify users when appropriate.
